We are excited to introduce our two research associates who will be working with the deVeber Institute over the summer. We can’t wait to share their findings with you!

BREANNA TAUSCHEK

Breanna graduated from The University of Western Ontario (UWO) in June of 2018 with a degree in English Language and Literature and Creative Writing. After graduating, she worked for a year as a teaching assistant in a grade one classroom. In addition to assisting with the day to day running of the classroom, Breanna also co-taught a modified language arts program with two qualified special education teachers. She has just finished her first year of teacher’s college at The University of Windsor, and will be starting her second and final year in September. She has a strong interest in special education, and the impact that social attitudes about disabilities have on women’s decisions to abort due to the fact that the child would have a lifelong medical condition and/or disability. She is also interested in sex-selective abortion and its impact on women and girls around the world.
